This vehicle is in excellent condition.  Tarped and stored indoors, with less than 40 hours of usage, this 2-wheel cart has a hydraulic system that lowers and raises the body for ease of loading and unloading.  There are straps to secure the wheelchair once loaded and in position.  The seats are adjustable/removable.  The cart has 2 foot rests and a driving whip holder.  All original documentation is included.
